If you need ongoing support to help with your condition, we have a 'Condition Management Programme'.
This is delivered by our in-house Occupational Support Coaches, who hold one-to-one and group sessions.
Gain a clear understanding of your health condition and how you can regain control of your daily life
Understand and manage the challenges that you believe are delaying return to work
Develop the skills to return to work, stay in work and enjoy the benefits
Individual coaching time with a health professional or trainer - this will not be traditional treatment
Our "Directions" course - this is designed to help you feel that anything is possible, by building confidence, increasing motivation and developing personal strengths
Group activities with people who experience the same challenges - dealing with stress/anxiety, coping with fatigue and pain or perhaps learning how to relax
Community support services
Your family can also access support if appropriate
